How can performance studies, the concept of `performance`, `performative museology`, performativity in museum, etc., help us to discover the behavior of the human body (collective and individual) in the creation of museum space, and therefore in its historical and contemporary transformations? Do we need to rethink the methods of museum studies in order to understand the embodied memory in the museum, through more than historical observation? Through a closer observation of diverse former and current museum practices, two-day museological meeting aims to discuss the relationship between performance and museum studies as a vital subject.
